I assume these pics are from your vacation? They turned out really cool, thanks for posting them. The grounds are just beautiful.
James Monroe is buried in Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond. James Madison is buried there, too and also John Tyler. The whole cemetery is full of magnolia trees. I wrote about a post about our trip on my Stardust Journal of Random Ramblings blog.
andrea, isn't this one of the most morbid burial "cages" you have ever seen?
It certainly is odd....are they afraid he'll escape or something?
